Continuing our steady growth across western Canada, we are looking for highly ambitious Automotive Sales Professionals for our Columbia Chrysler Dealership location in Richmond.

The ideal candidate will use proven sales skills from past experience, or by dedicated learning though our proven sales training via correlation between personal management mentorship and in class instruction.
Be self-motived, driven to succeed, have a customer centric viewpoint, demonstrated outstanding communication skills and hold a valid driver’s license.
You will be working a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends in order to cater to our customers and meet desired sales goals.
Training and Support
We support all our valued staff with training that helps them succeed throughout their career, from the first days to later refining your management or other defined career skills. For new staff, we dedicate a widespread assortment of resources to assist in meeting or surpassing your career targets, and provide support via personal mentorship and attending our Go Auto U, our inhouse “company university” equipped with high tech classrooms allowing all staff to Skype in and participate, no matter where they are.
Welcome customers when they enter the dealership and listen to them and then assist them with superior product knowledge and advice that matches their needs. You must have the drive to keep well informed with current product knowledge and sales promotions. You will need to develop and maintain communications, and personal follow ups with clients.
Your compensation will primarily include performance-based pay via commissions and bonuses based on sales targets. You will be paid a flat rate per car, regardless of the make, model, or year. This allows us to provide our customers a low-pressure environment and ensures that we sell them the vehicle that’s right for them. Our sales professionals with experience (or luck) can enjoy 6 figure salaries.
