This is a unique role that gives you the opportunity to take the lead on Canada’s largest auto group's web property, drive national and regional demand gen campaigns, and manage an incredibly talented in-house team that delivers world class marketing execution. You also get to take lead on driving collaboration and plan coordination with Go Auto’s four dealership marketing teams to ensure perfect synergy in strategy and execution across all communication channels.     Top Priorities:

    • Driving the strategy, planning and execution for the Go Auto.ca web site and related properties
    • Managing a studio marketing/creative team in their day to day tasks and prioritize daily work requirements of the department. The studio team consists of designers, copy writers, marketing coordinators, advertising specialists and web developers
    • Central communication point for internal corporate projects and managing external vendors
    • Work closely with the SVP of Marketing for weekly project status updates and resolving roadblocks to ensure that the department is meeting execution objectives and deadlines
    • Taking point position for production projects assigned to corporate marketing including proposals, business acquisitions and specialty business requests
    • Coordinating corporate marketing plan initiatives with highly talented dealership marketing teams that manage the day to day marketing efforts for our more than 45 dealerships across Canada

    What you Bring:

    • Five+ years of experience in marketing, and campaign/project management
    • Commitment to create best in class marketing strategy and execution
    • Solid understanding of digital advertising and analytics
    • Disciplined communication production planning and organizational skills
    • Excellent at project management and using formal processes to manage workflow
    • Proficiency in digital marketing production, collateral creation and proposal development
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision, initiate projects with limited information and tight deadlines
    • Effectively manage multiple projects, people, tasks and vendors
    • Proven ability to document business requirements, from briefing to final implementation
    • Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Experience working in project management software
