    Go Auto – One of Canadas top Dealership Groups – is on the hunt for its next Director of Non-Prime Finance.

     

    We’re currently seeking an experienced Non-Prime Finance Manager to join our team in the GTA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Training and mentoring of Non-Prime Finance Managers on the Go Auto Finance system
    • Provide customers with the full experience of purchasing their vehicle all the way to completing their financial paper work.  This is a front to back role where you are able to provide the customer with best in class customer service of being their whole point of contact on the purchase of their vehicle.
    • Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership
    • Support the efforts of the other employees to ensure success
    • Support the efforts of the sales and Finance departments to ensure Gross Profit targets are being met or exceeded
    • Maintain and develop excellent customer service skills
    • Demonstrate knowledge of all products offered
    • Front to back financing
    • Sell pre-owned vehicles at the dealership's gross and volume standard

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience running a non-prime department
    • Knowledge of non-prime markets
    • Demonstrated knowledge of contracts
    • Excellent organizational/time management skills
