Requirements:

  • Proven track record as an automotive sales manager
  • The ability to motivate a team
  • Self-motivation
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think like a customer, in order to provide the best possible sales experience
  • Non-prime finance knowledge an asset
