A sales manager at Columbia Chrysler will be responsible for training and mentoring a team of sales associates, improving Gross Profit and managing inventory. They will appraise vehicles, desk deals and buy in inventory from many different sources. Sales Managers are to positively affect deal flow throughout the dealership through personal follow up, deal closing, etc.
