This team provides accounting support for three Go Auto dealerships across Renton and Tacoma, giving you the opportunity to work with multiple stores while being part of one collaborative team. Submit product cancellation requests accurately and promptly to third-party providers.
Process and allocate applicable cancellation refunds to customers and lienholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product cancellation schedules and spreadsheets.
Review outstanding cancellations and follow up to ensure they are processed and completed.
Remit product sales to third-party providers accurately and within required timelines.
Allocate product billings to the appropriate accounts.
Maintain and reconcile product remittance schedules and spreadsheets.
Identify and resolve discrepancies related to product cancellations, refunds, billings, and remittances.
Maintain and update the monthly product cancellation tax refund log.
Work closely with dealership teams and third-party providers to resolve cancellation and remittance issues.
Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for all cancellation and remittance transactions.
Perform other cancellation and administrative duties as assigned.
