What You'll Do
Your focus is simple: deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping guests find the right vehicle.
You'll:
- Welcome customers and create a professional, consultative buying experience
- Build lasting relationships by understanding each customer's needs and lifestyle
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, and test drives
- Present vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits with confidence
- Follow our proven sales process from first contact through vehicle delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM
- Respond promptly to showroom, phone, and internet leads
- Generate new business through follow-up, referrals, and prospecting
- Introduce customers to our Service and Parts teams to create lifelong relationships
- Stay current on Ford products, incentives, and market trends
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Deliver an ownership experience that creates repeat and referral business
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience is required
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Experience using dealership CRM systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
