If you're an experienced automotive Controller who enjoys partnering with dealership leadership, improving processes, and delivering accurate financial results, we'd like to talk.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000, based on experience.

Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and manufacturer reporting
Partner with the General Manager to support financial performance
Oversee inventory financing, reconciliations, and compliance
Manage year-end working papers and audit preparation
Improve processes, strengthen controls, and support better business decisions
Develop and mentor your accounting team
Previous automotive dealership Controller experience
Strong understanding of dealership accounting and financial reporting
Experience leading and developing accounting teams
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Someone who values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
