Go RV & Marine Leduc is hiring a customer-focused Service Advisor who can communicate clearly, stay organized and confidently recommend service solutions. You will guide customers through the repair process while coordinating with technicians and parts to keep work moving efficiently.

Automotive, RV, marine, powersports or related service experience would be valuable. For the right candidate, RV-specific product knowledge can be learned.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and listen carefully to their service concerns
• Open, maintain and close accurate repair orders
• Explain inspections, estimates, repairs and invoices in clear language
• Recommend required maintenance, repairs and service products
• Obtain customer authorization before work begins
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff throughout the repair process
• Provide proactive updates about repair status, costs and completion timing
• Support warranty, customer-pay and internal service work
• Follow up on declined or deferred repairs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and protect long-term relationships
• Maintain complete notes, approvals and service documentation

What You Bring

• Experience in automotive, RV, marine, powersports, equipment, customer service or sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to sell through trust and good advice
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Calm, professional judgment when priorities change
• Strong follow-through and comfort managing multiple customer files
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, parts and dealership leadership
• Willingness to learn RV and marine products, systems and service requirements

Good to Have

• Previous dealership Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
• RV or marine service experience
• Experience with repair orders, estimates, warranties and service-sales targets
• Familiarity with dealership or service-management software

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• No evening shifts
