What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers and creating an exceptional first impression.
• Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls.
• Processing vehicle deposits and customer payments.
• Receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintaining a clean, professional reception area, customer lounge, and coffee station.
• Assisting the Sales Department with vehicle inventory administration, including maintaining accurate inventory records and updating vehicle information, pricing, and inventory status in dealership systems.
• Supporting inventory merchandising and ensuring vehicles are accurately displayed online.
• Learning and utilizing dealership technology and inventory management tools.
• Supporting other departments and performing administrative duties as needed.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and dealership systems.
