What You'll Do

  • Schedule and manage appointments, estimates, and follow-ups

  • Create and maintain repair orders accurately and efficiently

  • Process payments and maintain detailed customer records

  • Organize and manage customer files and required documentation

  • Coordinate vehicle check-in and check-out before and after repairs

  • Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process

  • Direct inquiries and feedback to the appropriate team members

  • Support general administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a service-based environment

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Sound judgment, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
