This is a key support role within a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and shop efficiency.

The Body Shop depends on strong coordination and communication to deliver a seamless customer experience.
From scheduling and documentation to customer updates and repair order management, your work ensures that every vehicle flows efficiently through the repair process and every customer feels informed and supported.
Schedule and manage appointments, estimates, and follow-ups
Create and maintain repair orders accurately and efficiently
Process payments and maintain detailed customer records
Organize and manage customer files and required documentation
Coordinate vehicle check-in and check-out before and after repairs
Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process
Direct inquiries and feedback to the appropriate team members
Support general administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a service-based environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Sound judgment, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
