We’re looking for a Service Concierge who takes pride in delivering a seamless, premium customer experience from the moment a guest arrives to the moment they leave. This role is central to the flow of our service department and plays a key part in how customers experience the Jaguar Land Rover brand.

You are the connection between customers, service advisors, and vehicles in the shop. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things moving ensures every guest receives a smooth and professional experience.

What You'll Do

  • Perform vehicle walkarounds and check-in using CDK systems

  • Move and organize customer and service vehicles across the lot

  • Manage loaner vehicle returns, including cleaning and refueling as required

  • Support the service and lot teams with daily operational needs

  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

  • Ensure customers feel informed, valued, and supported throughout their visit

What You Bring

  • Previous customer service experience with a strong focus on guest experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using technology and dealership systems such as CDK

  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
