The Appointment Coordinator plays a key role in the customer experience and service department flow.
Every appointment scheduled, every recall identified, and every interaction handled professionally contributes to a smooth and efficient service operation. You are often the first point of contact in the service journey, and your work sets the tone for the entire experience.
Schedule service appointments, confirmations, and customer updates with accuracy and professionalism
Review recalls, warranty coverage, and service recommendations
Communicate with customers via phone and email in a clear, professional manner
Coordinate with the parts and service teams to ensure seamless appointment preparation
Offer transportation options and support service logistics when needed
Process payments in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
Customer service or administrative experience with a strong focus on client experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with technology and dealership systems
A professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
Interest in building a long-term career in the automotive industry
