Schedule service appointments, confirmations, and customer follow-ups
Review upcoming appointments and coordinate with the parts department to ensure everything is prepared in advance
Check for outstanding recalls and review applicable warranty coverage
Arrange alternate transportation options when required
Respond to customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Collect and process payments according to dealership procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a seamless service experience for every guest
Customer service experience with a passion for helping people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable learning and working with technology
