What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Review vehicle concerns and open repair orders
- Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates
- Work closely with technicians, parts, warranty, and service leadership
- Follow up with customers and help maintain strong CSI results
- Build long-term customer trust through clear, professional communication
What You Bring
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Ability to handle a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in explaining repairs, pricing, and timelines
- Organized, calm, and professional under pressure
- Dealership experience is strongly preferred
- CDK experience is an asset
