As a Business Manager, you'll play a critical role in the customer journey by helping clients secure financing, protecting their investment through value-added products, and delivering an outstanding purchase experience from start to finish.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability opportunities.
Present financing, insurance, protection products, warranties, and after-sale products to every customer.
Structure and secure automotive financing solutions through our lending partners.
Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership team members.
Ensure all product presentations are completed professionally and consistently.
Achieve and exceed finance, product penetration, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain complete transparency and compliance throughout the lending process.
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, General Managers, Finance Directors, Service Advisors, and Sales Consultants to ensure seamless vehicle deliveries.
Manage deal funding timelines and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted promptly.
Maintain compliance with manufacturer programs, lender requirements, provincial regulations, and company policies.
Accurately process trade-in lien searches, payoffs, rebates, incentives, and registrations.
Utilize dealership systems and reporting tools to track approvals, funding, and performance metrics.

Previous automotive finance or business office experience.
Strong understanding of credit applications and automotive lending.
Experience selling protection products, warranties, and aftermarket products.
Proven track record of achieving sales and product penetration targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Experience with dealership software and finance platforms is considered an asset.
