What You'll Do

  • Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts inquiries and recommendations

  • Source, quote, and order parts accurately and efficiently

  • Manage inventory, receiving, and stock organization

  • Support repair orders and help keep workflow moving through the service department

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers

  • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain an organized parts department

What You Bring

  • Previous dealership or aftermarket parts experience

  • Strong knowledge of parts sourcing, inventory management, and ordering processes

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
