Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts inquiries and recommendations
Source, quote, and order parts accurately and efficiently
Manage inventory, receiving, and stock organization
Support repair orders and help keep workflow moving through the service department
Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers
Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain an organized parts department
Previous dealership or aftermarket parts experience
Strong knowledge of parts sourcing, inventory management, and ordering processes
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
