Looking for courtroom experience without billable hour targets?
We're hiring an Employment & Litigation Lawyer to join our in-house legal team.

Draft pleadings, affidavits, briefs, applications, and settlement materials
Participate in mediations and other dispute resolution processes
Provide practical legal advice to business leaders

Help resolve workplace issues before they escalate into disputes
Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
1–4 years of litigation experience, employment law experience considered a strong asset
Experience appearing before courts, tribunals, or administrative bodies
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and legal drafting skills
Ability to independently manage files and competing priorities
Sound judgment and a practical, business-minded approach to problem solving
A desire to take ownership, make decisions, and drive matters to resolution
No billable hour requirements
Meaningful litigation experience from day one
Early responsibility and direct ownership of files
Exposure to senior leadership and business decision-making
Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
Coverage of professional dues and continuing legal education
Opportunity to grow your career within a large and diverse organization
This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys advocacy, wants to continue developing litigation skills, and is looking for a long-term opportunity outside the traditional law firm model.
