Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am–4:00pm
- Overtime required
- Occasional Saturday availability required
What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key connection between customers, technicians, parts, warranty, and service leadership.
You will:
- Greet service customers and understand their vehicle concerns
- Open, manage, and close repair orders
- Communicate service timelines, updates, and recommendations
- Build value in maintenance and repair work
- Work closely with technicians and parts to keep jobs moving
- Maintain strong customer follow-up
- Support CSI and customer satisfaction targets
- Stay organized in a fast-paced service drive
What We’re Looking For
- Have worked as an Automotive Service Advisor or Dealership Service Advisor
- Can manage a busy service drive without losing focus
- Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
- Understand repair orders, timelines, approvals, and follow-up
- Know how to recommend maintenance and repairs professionally
- Care about CSI and customer experience
- Are organized, calm under pressure, and accountable
- Are comfortable with overtime and occasional Saturdays
- GM, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, or Cadillac experience is an asset, but strong dealership advisor experience from another brand will also be considered.
