Land Rover Royal Oak is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our Calgary team.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys hands-on repair work, pre-owned vehicle inspections, and the chance to build experience with a premium automotive brand. You’ll support inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioning work while also having the opportunity to complete factory training.

What You’ll Do
- Performing pre-owned vehicle inspections and repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, diesel, and drivability concerns
- Working on brakes, steering, suspension, engines, drivetrains, HVAC, emissions, and electrical systems
- Road-testing vehicles for diagnostics and quality control
- Completing repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Documenting clear condition, cause, and correction notes
- Using CDK and dealership systems to track time, repair orders, inspections, and recommendations
- Communicating accurate labour estimates and repair recommendations to the Service Advisor
- Completing visual quality checks before vehicles are returned to guests
- Keeping your bay, tools, and shared work areas clean, safe, and organized
What You Bring
- Previous automotive service technician experience
- Strong ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles
- Experience with pre-owned vehicle inspections or reconditioning is an asset
- Comfortable working with dealership processes, repair orders, and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in fixing it right the first time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to complete factory or manufacturer training
- Flexibility to work overtime or Saturdays when needed
- Your own standard and specialized technician tools
- A valid driver’s license
- Luxury, import, Land Rover, Jaguar, European brand, or dealership experience would be considered a strong asset.
