Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Work From Home Opportunity

We’re looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with Go Auto.

This is a fully remote position after training, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting customers across our dealership network.

Training Requirement

Training is completed in person at our Edmonton office:

16830 107 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB

• Full-time paid training for 3 weeks
• Monday to Friday

After training, the role transitions to 100% remote.

Schedule

• Full-time weekday shifts
• Flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM
• Occasional weekend coverage (up to 2 Saturdays per month, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

What You'll Do

• Support customers with Sales and Service inquiries
• Follow up with guests after vehicle service appointments
• Help create a smooth and positive customer experience
• Track customer interactions and appointment details accurately
• Work closely with dealership teams to ensure excellent communication and follow-through
• Provide professional, friendly, and solution-focused support
• Promote dealership services and amenities when appropriate
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail with every customer interaction
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals and maintaining a positive guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Previous customer service, call centre, administrative, or dealership experience is an asset
