Go Auto Sherwood Park is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internal Advisor to join our team.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, positive, and comfortable working with people. You will help keep communication moving between sales, service, technicians, and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Support internal repair orders and service coordination
• Communicate with sales, service, technicians, and customers
• Keep everyone updated on vehicle status and timelines
• Enter and update information in dealership systems
• Help answer questions and solve problems
• Stay organized while handling multiple requests
• Provide friendly, reliable, and professional service

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, positive, and ready to learn
• Strong with customer service
• Clear and professional when communicating
• Organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable using computers
• Calm in a busy environment
• A team player who is happy to help
• Able to provide a valid driver’s license
• Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, call centres, or customer service is an asset, but not required.
