We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to handle volume, communicate with confidence, and deliver a first-class customer experience.
This opportunity is based in Richmond, BC at one of the province’s busiest dealerships. If you have at least 5 years of Service Advisor experience, a strong automotive dealership background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for service customers
- Manage the service experience from check-in to follow-up
- Communicate recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to keep work moving
- Build trust with customers and drive repeat business
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience
- Previous automotive dealership experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence working in a high-volume, fast-paced store
- Strong organization and problem-solving ability
- Experience with CDK is preferred and highly valued
