Dams Ford Lincoln is looking to hire an experienced Customer expereience Coordinator to join our team.

What You'll Do

  • Support a positive and professional customer experience within the service department through timely, courteous, and effective communication.
  • Complete outbound customer follow-up calls, document activity accurately and consistently, and help identify and escalate customer concerns so they can be addressed promptly.
  • Maintain organization across call activity, appointment coordination, and follow-up tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • Assist with incoming service-related calls, help direct customer inquiries appropriately, and book, confirm, and coordinate service appointments while ensuring customer information is recorded accurately.
  • Work within dealership systems to manage appointment details, update records, and support day-to-day service department operations.
  • Partner closely with Service Advisors, Service Management, and other dealership staff to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the service department through strong communication, attention to detail, and dependable execution.

What you’ll bring:

  • Highly proficient in telephone communication, with a professional, confident manner and the ability to make customers feel heard, supported, and well looked after.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience is required.
  • Experience in appointment coordination, administrative support, or a dealership service environment is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is an asset. · Experience with CDK dealer management software is an asset.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment and professionalism in customer-facing situations.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and consistent in daily execution.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
  • This is a full-time, on-location role at Dams Ford Lincoln and is not eligible for remote or work-from-home arrangements.
