Digital Advertising Coordinator

Your Role

As a Digital Advertising Coordinator, you’ll take full ownership of your campaigns and the results they deliver. You’ll learn a lot, help Specialists, and in time own a few accounts of your own.

You’ll work within a small, focused team where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand. Collaboration with other specialists, creative partners, and leadership will be key as you develop your skills and help scale wins across Go Auto’s network.

You also know that lasting performance comes from curiosity, testing new formats, evolving audience structures, and turning insights into measurable growth.

Your work will directly influence how Go Auto advertises, measures success, and evolves its digital ecosystem. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, the support to grow, and the satisfaction of seeing the impact of your work every day.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Build and manage cross-platform campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and TikTok /w occasional LinkedIn
  • Monthly OEM offer updates
  • Pull marketing data for monthly reporting
  • Experiment with ads and work with teams to improve performance
  • Support the Dealer Team with digital advertising tasks and requests
  • Learn, learn, learn. A rising tide lifts all boats.

What Success Looks Like

  • First Month: You are getting the hang of the auto industry, our accounts & strategies, and where we are focusing our efforts. You’ve started filling out reports.
  • 3 Months: You are confidently managing reports and tasks while understanding Go Auto’s strategic structure. You’ve gotten your first few accounts and are meeting biweekly with your manager to discuss implementation work.
  • 6 Months+: You are improving the performance of your accounts through structured testing, creative experimentation, and are a task wizard.

  • Focused on maximizing impact with smart time management.

What You Bring

  • Proven results across Google or Meta ads.
  • TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic experience is a nice to have.
  • Proficiency with GA4, data analysis, and audience building.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with Asana is a plus.
  • Google certification in GA4.
  • You can think strategically, move fast, and handle variety with confidence.
