Go Auto is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator with automotive marketing experience to support our growing team in executing high-impact campaigns across our dealerships in California & Washington.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of dealership marketing—balancing inventory needs, OEM compliance, and performance metrics—while bringing creativity and attention to detail. If you have 1–2 years of automotive marketing experience, strong writing skills, and enjoy working with data to drive results, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of dealership marketing initiatives aligned with OEM programs, monthly offers, and inventory priorities. Assist in building campaigns that drive leads, appointments, and showroom traffic
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (OEMs, media vendors, website providers).
- Content Writing: Write and adapt automotive-focused content for websites, emails, paid ads, and landing pages. Support messaging that aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Website Management: Update website content, create landing pages, and publish blogs using our custom-built platform, and a variety of vendor platforms including Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire & more.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance using Facebook Business Manager, Google ads, Google Analytics 4 and PowerBI. (Fear not, we’ll show you how!)
What You Bring
- Automotive Marketing Experience: 1–2 years of experience in dealership or automotive marketing required
- Industry Understanding: Familiarity with OEM programs, incentives, inventory-based marketing, and dealership operations
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to problem-solve and think beyond the basics.
- Analytical Abilities: Experience measuring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Languages: Must be fully fluent in English; bonus if you speak, read and write in additional languages such as Spanish
- Design Awareness: A keen eye for visual details and brand consistency.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms. If “VLOOKUP” isn’t a foreign language to you, even better.
- Auto Dealership Experience: Although not a requirement, is a plus!
