Production Coordinator/Repair Planner – Macleod Trail Toyota

Macleod Trail Toyota is one of our newest acquisition’s to the Go Auto Family!

Due to overall growth, we are looking for a detail-driven Production Coordinator/Repair Planner to join our front-line operations. This role is key in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate estimates, and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review vehicle damage, and document repair needs.
• Write accurate repair estimates using industry software (Mitchell, Audatex, CCC, etc.).
• Coordinate with insurance partners for approvals, supplements, and documentation.
• Create repair plans that support efficient disassembly and workflow.
• Communicate repair status and timelines to customers clearly and professionally.
• Work closely with body technicians, paint teams, and parts staff to maintain production flow.
• Conduct quality checks at key stages of the repair process.
• Manage files, photos, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision repair, estimating, or service advising (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and materials.
• Familiarity with estimating platforms and insurance procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
