IT Infrastructure Analyst (Systems)

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst (Systems) who moves fast, adapts quickly, solves problems instead of admiring them, stays prepared, and is naturally curious. If you are the kind of IT pro who takes ownership, tells it straight, and gets things done, you will fit in well here.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where reliability, security, and execution actually matter.

What You’ll Do

• Install, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure systems

• Implement and support Azure cloud infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS)

• Administer Windows Servers and SQL databases, including DNS and DHCP

• Support Microsoft 365 and G-Suite environments

• Maintain backups and disaster recovery systems to ensure high availability

• Implement and manage security policies and best practices

• Use PowerShell and Power Automate to automate operational tasks

• Manage identity and access using ADUC and Azure AD

• Manage endpoints using Intune and SCCM

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a calm, structured approach

• Work across the business to resolve incidents and requests

• Document systems, procedures, and solutions

• Identify and implement infrastructure, network, and security improvements

• Mentor and support service desk team members

• Manage hardware inventory and equipment deployments

• Protect confidential company information

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365

• Experience working with Azure infrastructure

• Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Azure AD

• Experience with Intune and SCCM

• Comfortable with PowerShell and automation

• Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and security best practices

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable operating in a business-critical, high-urgency environment

• Good documentation and communication skills

• Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year (based on experience)
