We are hiring an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join our team. This role is for a well-rounded tech who is comfortable handling everything from diagnostics to full system repairs. Gas or diesel, brakes, HVAC, suspension, or electrical, you know your way around it.
As a Mobile Service Technician, you are the face of our dealership when you are out in the field. You will be equipped with a fully stocked service van and supported by a strong in-shop service team. Your day will include warranty work, recalls, scheduled maintenance, and complex drivability concerns, all while providing a professional and trustworthy customer experience.

Responsibilities
Travel to customer locations in a company-provided mobile service van
Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs including engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical work
Diagnose and repair gas and diesel vehicles, including trucks and light-duty commercial units
Complete scheduled maintenance, manufacturer recalls, and customer concerns on site
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep work moving efficiently
Document repairs accurately and keep customers informed throughout the process
Stay current with Ford training, tools, and technical service bulletins
Maintain the mobile service vehicle and ensure it reflects professional standards
Qualifications
A true jack-of-all-trades technician with strong diagnostic, electrical, engine, drivability, HVAC, and brake experience
Five or more years of hands-on experience in a dealership or independent shop
Ford experience is a strong asset
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
ASE certifications preferred; Ford STST certifications are ideal
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Comfortable using diagnostic software, tablets, and digital repair orders
Able to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions when required
