Customer Engagement Ambassador

As a Customer Engagement Ambassador, you’ll partner with our dealerships to strengthen their digital presence, connect with guests in real time through modern engagement tools, and ensure every interaction reflects the 5-star customer service we’re known for. Primary Responsibilities
- Strengthen both in-store and online customer experiences across all Go Auto dealerships.
- Leverage Google Business Profile and Podium analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and training needs.
- Collaborate with dealership teams and senior leadership to improve online interactions, implement action plans, and elevate customer experience and brand reputation.
- Provide on-site and virtual training to coach staff on digital engagement best practices, guest follow-ups, and process improvements.
- Maintain performance trackers and reports that combine online reputation metrics with broader customer engagement insights.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealership management and staff to foster a culture of exceptional service.

Requirements
- Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
- Strong communication and coaching skills — comfortable presenting to groups or training one-on-one.
- Proficient with customer engagement tools and analytics; experience with Podium and Google Business Profiles is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CDK dealer management software is an asset.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
- Ability to travel regionally for dealership visits and training sessions. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time, office-based role in Edmonton, AB (no remote or work-from-home).
