Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Excellent time management skills

You must be available full time Monday to Friday either 8-4:30pm or 9-5:30pm. You must have proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
