What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively connect with customers as their leases expire and present upgrade opportunities

  • Guide customers through lease renewals or new finance options with confidence

  • Partner with sales and finance teams to create seamless transitions into new vehicles

  • Manage customer portfolios using CDK, ONE-EIGHTY, and other tools

  • Stay sharp on lease programs, rates, and bank options to deliver expert advice

  • Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty and referrals

  • Contribute to monthly sales and finance targets with energy and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in automotive sales (dealership experience an asset)

  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and craft tailored solutions

  • Familiarity with CDK, ONE-EIGHTY, and leasing programs (an asset, not a must)

  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment

  • Ambition to grow into sales management or finance management
