IT Infrastructure Manager

We're seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee our IT infrastructure and drive technical excellence. As IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our technology operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT Infrastructure analysts, providing technical guidance and support
  • Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and datacenters
  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide advanced technical support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer incidents and requests
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and plan for capacity upgrades
  • Evaluate and select technologies and solutions that align with business needs
  • Implement and enforce security best practices to safeguard organizational data and assets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Strong technical expertise in servers, networks, storage, and datacenters
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and innovate
