IT Infrastructure Analyst (Network)

We're seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst to play a key role in managing and maintaining our IT systems and network operations. As a critical member of our team, you'll ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our network infrastructure.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and telecommunications equipment
  • Develop and maintain enterprise security solutions, including firewall, endpoint protection, VPN, SIEM, and email filters
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical procedures and network diagrams
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex network issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer incidents and requests
  • Identify and implement network and security best practices
  • Mentor and support service desk and other team members
  • Automate and streamline processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing Palo Alto Firewalls (PCSNE certification desirable)
  • Experience with Cisco Network equipment (CCNA certification desirable)
  • Cisco Meraki Switching and Wireless configuration and management experience
  • VOIP Systems management experience
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
