Chef de Partie
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone with solid culinary training and hands-on experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and takes pride in consistently delivering high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes to spec in your assigned station (garde manger, hot line, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep and mise en place for service
- Support junior kitchen staff and collaborate with sous chefs and the executive chef
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture built on respect, accountability, and excellence
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a professional kitchen (hotel, high-volume, or fine dining an asset)
- Strong knife skills and technical knowledge across multiple stations
- Solid time management and multitasking ability under pressure
- A passion for food and a dedication to craft
