Job Title: Vehicle Check-in and Lot Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Vehicle Check-in and Lot Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking in vehicles, inspecting for damage or mechanical issues, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our vehicle lot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Check-in:
- Inspect incoming vehicles for damage or major mechanical issues
- Verify vehicle identity and ensure accurate documentation
- Check for any missing or damaged components
- Lot Management:
- Park vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
- Maintain a steady flow of vehicles through the lot
- Ensure the lot is clean and free of debris
- Vehicle Movement:
- Coordinate the movement of vehicles off the lot that do not belong
- Ensure all vehicles are properly stored and secured
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and check-in processes
- Report any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software an asset
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed primarily outdoors in a vehicle lot environment
- Exposure to varying weather conditions (e.g. heat, cold, rain)
- May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
