Position Overview:

As a Retail Associate at the Fan Experience Zone, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable moments for sports fans. Your duties will include:

• Greeting Fans: Warmly welcome fans and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assisting with Apparel and Merchandise: Help fans find the perfect team apparel and merchandise.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store floor is dynamic, exciting, and visually appealing.
• Online Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill online orders efficiently.
• Customizing Team Jerseys: Offer personalized jersey customization services.
• Marketing and Promotions: Support the promotion of team apparel through various marketing activities.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain inventory to meet fan demands.
• Apparel Design Support: Contribute to the creation and design of exclusive team apparel.
• Game Day Support: Assist fans during Rush, Blades, and Berries games.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the FEZ team to deliver exceptional service.
