We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Grocery Team Leader to champion our specialty products, with a focus on artisanal cheeses. As a leader, you will inspire and manage a team of 5+ to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of specialty grocery experts to achieve sales goals, customer satisfaction, and product quality
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and quality control processes for specialty cheese products
• Train and mentor team members on production techniques, quality standards, and customer service
• Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive business results and improve processes
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting exceptional morale and employee engagement

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a retail management or leadership role, preferably in specialty grocery or a related field
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of artisanal cheeses, specialty foods, and retail operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
