Job Description

Go Auto is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to amp up traffic and build trust in the brand through captivating campaigns and content. Whether or not you're a car enthusiast doesn't matter; what we need is someone who brings the energy—because, let's be honest, that first sentence was as dull as waiting for Taylor Swift's next album!

As part of our stellar marketing team, you'll work closely with our Director of Marketing to expand and engage audiences, all while positively influencing consumer behaviour. This opportunity is tailor-made for those eager to shake things up and showcase their marketing and writing skills within an award-winning company standing proudly at the summit among Canada's Best Managed Companies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination for various internal and external components and ancillary businesses, including Go Auto's campaigns, Go Insurance, Go Auto App, internal contests, and events, ensuring every rhythm is on point and every note is harmonized to perfection.
  • Writing copy for corporate initiatives spanning goauto.ca, email, blogs, radio scripts, and proposals.
  • Conducting comprehensive reporting and analysis on various facets of Go Auto's marketing endeavours and ancillary businesses, unraveling the intricacies to reveal its brilliance and impact.

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years experience in a marketing coordinator or project coordinator role.
  • Stellar organizational skills (seriously, you could manage a team project while choreographing a company-wide flash mob without missing a beat. Are those still a thing?).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (yes, spreadsheets are your anthem, and we're here for every verse!).
  • A burning passion for measuring campaign performance, analyzing insights, and orchestrating proactive strategies for improvement.
  • You’re a mastermind when it comes to detail and have a flair for design.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt your style to each project's unique vibe.
  • Experience with content management systems is an asset and professional copywriting, supported by a collection of gold gramophone trophies (not really but that would be impressive).
  • Fearlessness when seizing opportunities and embracing feedback, even if the spotlight isn't always on you.
  • The ability to shine in a bustling office environment, taking cues from multiple voices while still finding your solo.
