We are looking for well experienced Chef De Partie for our company Go Auto/L’Oca Quality Market located at 340 Baseline Road Sherwood Park, AB T8H 2N4 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage and oversee a specific kitchen station, ensuring the preparation and quality of dishes.
• Adhere to recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team, providing effective communication during service.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to culinary standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory for the assigned station, communicating with superiors as needed.
• Conduct regular quality checks on dishes, making adjustments to meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned kitchen station, following hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with the culinary team in menu development and adjustments.
• Adapt to high-pressure situations, handling the pace and demands of peak service times.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               No formal education required

Experience & Skills:               1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $18.18 to $ 28 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
